We understand your home is your castle and you need to have the right people to work on it that truly care. We want your experience to be professional and worry free so we offer these points to remember:

1. We value your trust as we know there is always something to do in, on or around your home. A good relationship with a licensed general contractor is as valuable as a good doctor or mechanic. Our goal is not just earn your business today but for the future.
2. We are family owned so you are not just an address or job number to us. You are a real person who has invited us into your home. We appreciate that. Any questions or concerns we take very seriously and will address them ASAP so you are comfortable with all work being done as you add value to your home.
3. We provide only licensed, skilled, English speaking, background checked, experienced crew tailored to your needs. You can meet the crew prior and you will know who is coming and when.
4. We show up on time and we work continuously on only your project until it is completed.
5. No smoking on your property.
6. No loud music on your property.
7. We cover and protect the work area and surrounding areas. We clean up the job site daily.
8. Joe the owner is available to you anytime by phone/text/email 24/7. Joe checks on your project in progress multiple times and does a final walk thru with you to ensure your 100% satisfaction before balance is due. Joe will text you photos of progress daily if you wish.
9. All work is warrantied.
10. We appreciate the work. Referrals pay you.
